Novotus collects personal data for the purpose of providing recruiting and related services for our clients and assisting candidates in applying for open positions. This Site collects the career-related personal data you submit during the registration process. Novotus may also collect additional information about you relevant to the recruitment service we provide to our clients, including a record of any contact we may have with you in the course of recruitment assignments and details of reference checks, education verification and other recruitment-related research we may carry out.

Persons under age 18 are not eligible to submit personal data through this Site.

Use, Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
By registering on this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, so that Novotus may collect, use, store, maintain, transfer and delete your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The personal data you provide to this Site via registration is stored on secured servers that are protected by our Privacy Policy regardless of their physical location. Your data may be accessed by Novotus and ReachingTalent representatives. Novotus will only release your personal data to its clients (potential employers) or other third parties (Novotus business partners) with your prior express consent. Novotus reserves the right to use aggregated data (data that is not individually identifiable) as the company sees fit for the enhancement of our service offerings to our clients, and to market our services to potential clients.

Accessing, Modifying or Removing Your Information
You have the right to check whether Novotus holds personal data about you, access such personal data and correct any personal data about you that is inaccurate. We will withhold access from certain portions of your database record where disclosing that information would interfere with the privacy rights of another person or if it would breach any confidentiality that attaches to that information. If you wish to exercise your right of access to your personal information, or if you wish to make further inquiries or complaints about our privacy policy, please either send an email for the attention of the Privacy Coordinator at info@novotus.com  or send a letter to the postal addresses listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. You will need to be in a position to verify your identity.  We will not charge you for providing access. You should anticipate that it may take up to 30 days for us to process your application. If you would like Novotus to delete your registration profile from our database, please send an email message to info@novotus.com, put "Remove User" in the subject line of that email, and include your full name, your User ID, and your telephone number in the body of the message.

Data Security and Integrity
Novotus takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or other unauthorized uses and to remove your personal data when it is no longer required for its intended purposes. Novotus cannot, however, guarantee that loss, misuse or unauthorized use will never occur (for example, that someone will not overcome our security measures and "hack" our website). Novotus reserves the right to delete your registration profile if we believe it is out of date, incorrect or unlikely to have relevance to future recruitment assignments.
